tallest and handsomest basketballers in the world,
Slavko Vranes. 7'3" (2.21m) 263 lb. (119kg) Hasheem Thabeet is a Tanzanian pro baller player. A member of the Portland Trail Blazers he is the tallest active player in the NBA. He was drafted as the 2nd pick overall by the Memphis Grizzlies in the 2009 NBA Draft after playing with the Connecticut Huskies. Thabeet was the tallest player ever to play for the Huskies. He did not begin to play basketball until the age of 15, when he began to watch pickup games in Tanzania. He went to college at the University of Connecticut. Although I know the heights of many of these athletes I don't know much else. Some of these guys do a poor job of promotion or the websites about them are in a non-English language.
