The most nortorious guy on this page is 6'9" Miladin Kovacevic. He viciously beat a much smaller man into a coma during a barfight. Kovacevic then jumped $100,000 in New York by getting a false passport from two Serbian diplomats. Serbian officials refused to extradite Kovacevic and instead paid the victim's family $900,000 as part of a deal to keep the Kovacevic trial in Serbia.
