6'11"
245 lb. Luke Zeller comes from the Zeller family of basketball hunks and is the
oldest of three ball playing brothers, all of them hot hot hot! He was born
in 1987 in Washington, Indiana. From 2005 to 2009 he played forward/center
for the University of Notre Dame. Beyond that not much is known except that
he is ruggedly handsome and has a sexy girlfriend (of course). His 7' (2.13m) 240 lb. (108 kg) brother Tyler plays ball at the University of North Carolina (as of 2011). His other brother, "little" 6'11" (2.1m) 210 lb. (95 kg) Cody, plays for the Indiana Hoosiers. These boys are not conventionally handsome. Their faces have a lopsided ruggedness though which I find very appealing. A few nips and tucks here in Beverly Hills would no doubt transform them into boring clones. And that's not good. Of course, from the neck down they all remain athletic giant supermen.
Zeller was then drafted with the twenty-seventh overall pick in the 2010 NBA D-League Draft by the Iowa Energy. Shortly after being drafted by the Energy, Zeller was traded to the Bakersfield Jam. In the 201011 NBA D-League season, Zeller averaged 6.8 points, 1.2 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game for the Jam. After the season, the Bakersfield Jam traded Zeller to the Austin Toros. Zeller was signed by the San Antonio Spurs before the 2011-12 NBA season and appeared in one preseason game against the Houston Rockets, recording two assists in the game. He was waived by the Spurs prior to the start of the season. After being released from the Spurs, the Austin Toros reacquired Zeller and he averaged 9.1 points and 5.3 rebounds per game for the Toros during the 201112 NBA D-League season. Zeller played with the San Antonio Spurs during the 2012 NBA Summer League. On October 1, 2012, Zeller signed with the Phoenix Suns. On October 25, Zeller was named to the Phoenix Suns' opening night roster. On November 4, 2012, Zeller played his first official NBA game against the Orlando Magic. He scored his first 7 points and grabbed 1 rebound in a blowout loss against the defending NBA champion Miami Heat a day later. On November 27, 2012, Zeller would finally play against his younger brother Tyler in an official NBA game. On February 21, 2013, Zeller was waived by the Suns. I'm glad I'm not a pro athlete. They sure move around a lot. Moving to Lithuania? Bakersfield? I don't know which is worse. I choose Bakersfield for its toxic dust clouds which blow mold spores into your lungs and its large crystal meth addict community. |
