One look
at "Baby Face" Daniel Puder and it's easy to forget there is a
6'3" (1.91m) 255 lb. (116 kg) heavyweight kickboxing body attached
that can wail on your ass! Born in Cupertino, CA in 1981, he started
training in mixed martial arts and professional wrestling while still in
high school. He got involved with Vince McMahon's World Wrestling
Entertainment in the fall of 2004.
He appeared on SmackDown!, pay per view
events and entered Ohio Valley Wrestling, a type of WWE "training camp."In
December 2007 he signed with Ring of Honor, another wrestling promotion
company. He appeared in several shows but was released due to budget
cuts.Since then he has been involved in many mixed martial arts events with
a record of eight wins and zero losses having competed in the Strikeforce,
X-1 and BodogFight promotions.He now owns his own gym in Hollywood, California
on La Brea. He lives in my neighborhood, West Hollywood, or should
I say my "gayborhood." But Daniel is totally straight. In
fact he has been promoting female models for several years using his "Puders
Knockouts" brand. He even came out strongly with public statements
against Gay bullying during a rash of suicides by Gay teens in 2010. |
